DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
You are responsible to ensure that every guest that walks through door feels welcome and comfortable as soon as they arrive. Other responsibilities include:
- Greet and welcome guests to GRETA
- Providing preloaded game cards and collecting payments for any merchandise purchases
- ID anyone who appears to be 25 and under, to make sure guests are of legal drinking age
- Tagging all coats and providing a tag ticket to every guest who checks a coat
- Ensure that the coat check room and desk is organized and presentable to guests
- Work as a team with the management and arcade staff to ensure each guest has a great experience
- Understand the reservations and guestlists for the day/evening
- Keep cash floats balanced
- Maintain a clean work station
- Wishing guest a good night as they leave
